So you've always wanted to live in a condo. Your wife wants a house. You want a condo. She wants a house.
Time to have both. My same friend also owns this amazing two-storey condominium (or is it a house?) in an estate located just 5 minutes from Munt Kiara (an estate very popular with expats).
That's right. It's a house in the sky. Imagine a two-storey 2384sq ft duplex 12 floors above every other house around you. It's near the giant Ikea superstore, and only 15 minutes to town via the Spring Highway. It's a brand new house-condo and the fussy owner spent a lot of money and effort in making it expat-class.
There's a lush landscaped garden, complete with barbeque pits, gym, clubhouse, not one but two swimming pools, a tennis court. Tenants get two complimentary parking lots, card access entry and enjoy 24-hour security.
My friend is a designer owner, and she's ridiculously meticulous (it also explains why her pictures of this place look like something out of an ad). I think that's also why the place is fully furnished with furniture that's completely matched. No kidding- even the dining table lamp is highlighted with actual Swarovski crystals.
This incredible place features a wet and dry kitchen, and even a family room. It's got 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is big, really big.
And how often can you find a beautifully landscaped personal garden, located on the 12th floor of your own home? Not only do you enjoy a fantastic view, you also have space for your Golden Retriver!
It's brand new and 100% unoccupied, and is available immediately. So if you're planning to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and keen on viewing or renting this place, contact vivi730@yahoo.com. She's asking for $6000ringgit but said the rental's negotiable. And no, really, we're not agents. I'm really just trying to help her out because this is really a nice piece of property.

Li Villa II condo...
If there's a Li Villa 2, then Li Villa 1 must've done something right...
Anyway, if you're relocating to Kuala Lumpur to work, here is a really nice condominium available. I'm no property agent - I'm merely helping a friend (who owns both these places) because I can see she's put a lot of effort in them. If I could write like this as a property agent, I should be a professional writer instead...
Here are the facts. It's a brand new unit, complete with 24-hour security, swimming pool, gym and two complimentary parking lots. It's on the 16th floor and you can see the famous KLCC Petronas towers from the apartment. It's 20 minutes to the city. If you're familiar with the location, it's very near Eastin Hotel.
It's got full condo facilities and the area around is definitely upmarket. If you look at the interior, you'll notice that it's been painstakingly put together by its very fussy designer who works for a big ad agency.
You can really tell the apartment was put together by a designer because the whole apartment is completely colour-coordinated, matched and set up with lots of details in mind. Even the colours of the sofas and the dining table chairs are carefully matched. All you need is a brown table runner...
The view from the master bedroom is pretty nice and it comes with a walk-in closet. The high floor also guarantees peaceful evenings.
If you're not sure where the condo is located at, here's a map provided by the owner. She spent a lot of money and many months renovating it. It's only 20 minutes to town by the highway (by the way taxis are cheap and plentiful in KL). If you're keen, email vivi730@yahoo.com. She's asking for $4500 ringgit only.
